Yoga Video: Post-Desk Flow – 40 Minutes

If you’ve been desk or car bound all day, this flow is perfect for unwinding and relaxing those areas where we all love to hold our stress, our hips, back and shoulders. This flow is an easy, level 1/2 and is perfect as a lunch break or for some much needed after work “me time” yoga. Enjoy!

Props: Yoga mat, blocks, and blanket or pillow.
