A Holistic Approach Rooted in Science and Real‑World Experience

I’m a certified Brain Longevity Specialist, 500hr RYT yoga teacher, certified Nutrition Specialist, and wellness educator.

 

Before that, I spent 15 years in the corporate space and am familiar with the unique stress and wellness challenges today's office workers are facing and how important it is for leaders to find integrative approaches to keeping employees healthy, happy, and motivated.

 

My approach blends:
