Service Description

If you're are interested in coaching sessions with me, book this session first. Let's get together on the phone or zoom (your choice) for a few minutes. We'll learn where you are, where you want to go, and how we can help you get there. We will use this 30 – 60-minute meeting to explore what is and isn’t working for you health-wise, what your goals are and if 1:1 coaching with me is the right way for you to get where you want to be.
