Service Description

Shake off the midweek and mid afternoon "blahs" with a quick (30-minute) yoga session at your desk. No mats, or yoga pants needed. We'll blend breathwork, gentle moves and stretches you can do in a chair, at a park bench, or on a couch. Alleviate tension, improve posture, and get energized and ready to face the rest of your day cool, calm, and collected. There's an old Zen saying that goes "You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you're too busy, then you should sit for an hour." This session will gift you with 30-minutes of moving meditation and give you a chance to hit "reset". Feeling tired? Snacky? Grouchy? Studies show that giving yourself a moment away from your work, especially one involving moment can boost your mood, energy and focus, making you even more productive and ready to take on any BS your afternoon can dish out. More effective than an afternoon latte or a sugary snack. So let's take a quick chair yoga break together. Block off your calendar, set your phone to "focus mode', and grab your favorite chair. You got this!
